DESIGN VISION VISIT: $350.00
During this DETAILED consultation, we will discuss the goals and the scope of your project. We will spend up-to 90 minutes sharing our Design Vision for your property. We will share our experience and expertise so your home can reach its full potential. You are welcome to share inspiration photos, ask questions and take notes. We will provide verbal recommendations and qualified opinions on what can be achieved with your desired budget.
Our Professional Design Team is available to address any of the following:
- architectural or floor plan challenges
- paint color schemes
- space planning
- hard surface selections
- cabinetry styles & finishes
- plumbing fixtures & faucets
- lighting plan & fixtures
- hardware
- window treatments
- flooring options
- art & decor review
- etc.
After our meeting and upon request, we will prepare a customized proposal for design services to continue working with our Team. When you decide to proceed, we will credit the $350 towards your design retainer.
Depending on the location of the property, we can meet on-site, in our offices, or via Skype. Additional travel fees may apply for meetings outside a 30 mile radius of our office.
